Group Runs
The Columbia Running Club hosts group runs most days of the week, and there are more around the Midlands that we are glad to point you toward. All of them are free, none of them require membership, and nobody gets left behind.
Find a day below, show up a few minutes early, and say hello. If you are not sure where to start, the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening runs at the Saluda Riverwalk are the club’s own, and there is always somebody there happy to run at your pace.
